Pregnancy & Beyond
Whether your pregnancy was planned or unplanned, you may have questions about pregnancy and parenting. We offer one-on-one education, group classes, material aid, resources, and referrals to other community organizations; we can help you find the support you need to thrive.

Parenting Classes
Many people who want to parent may have questions and concerns about single parenting, co-parenting, continuing their education, financial stability, and other topics. Whether you are a student, [a] single mom, a dad, or a grandparent who just needs extra support, we can answer your questions and connect you to additional resources in our community. At the center, we provide prenatal and parenting education on pregnancy, baby care, health, birth, parenting, budgeting, and more.
Enroll in our Care Program
You can learn to LOVE smarter and experience the JOY of parenting! Our Care Program is designed to help individuals -whether single, married, or coparenting, guardian, or grandparent -we help prepare for the arrival of your new little one.
The BrightCourse curriculum is an earn while you learn program. With hundreds of lessons in English and Spanish, you can earn and receive the basic needs from our Baby Boutique.
Alongside your trained advocate, you will cover topics such as pregnancy and birth, how to care for your newborn, what to expect during the first year as your baby becomes a toddler, parenting and coparenting, marriage and family dynamics, building healthy relationships, life skills, healing from trauma and abuse, and many more.

Material Assistance
Participants in our parenting programs can receive free baby supplies, including diapers, clothes, and other larger items like cribs and car seats. We love being able to support moms and families by helping provide essentials for the first few years. If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, contact us to learn more.

Maternity Support
Every expectant woman deserves to feel clothed in love during her pregnancy. Our newly renovated maternity room has a wide variety of clothing, nursing and feminine products, and lots of other items to help make our moms feel beautiful and loved during their pregnancy journey.
Talk with our nurse and be connected to valuable resources that help you with lactation and post-partum symptoms.
Maternity clothing is free and does not need to be earned.
Determined Dads
Every father is vital in the life of their child(ren). Few possess the confidence to actively support her while actively engaging in the day-to-day parenting.
Our Determined Dads group provides support and peer mentorship. You will become a stronger father and role model for your children. Classes focus on how fathers can provide a stable and nurturing environment for their children while equipping them with the skills and knowledge to overcome generational barriers. Learn more about how you can build bonds with men who have traveled your journey. This group meets regularly at Human Life Services.
